One is the Alabama Criminal Enterprise and Prevention Act. Robertson calls it the "toughest gang law in the country." It seriously ramps up prison time for felonies linked to criminal enterprises, and there's absolutely no early parole or release!

The Deputy Brad Johnson Act

She also authored the Deputy Brad Johnson Act, a law that stops violent felons from getting those early "good time" credits. This law honors a Bibb County deputy tragically killed by an inmate who shouldn't have been released in the first place.

Backed by Law Enforcement

"We passed the toughest gang law in the country, made violent criminals serve longer sentences, and protected victims’ rights," Robertson declares in the ad. She also boasts endorsements from sheriffs all over Alabama, from Huntsville to Mobile. These sheriffs know she'll always have their backs, having worked with her for years.

And speaking of backing, Robertson has endorsements from 25 of Alabama's 67 county sheriffs, plus Hoover Police Chief Clay Morris, Hoover Mayor Nick Derzis, and the Professional Fire Fighters Association of Alabama! That's serious support!

The kicker? Applicants would need to publicly denounce Sharia law and swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution.

"America's foundation rests on the rule of law and the Constitution's supremacy," Moore declared, "not on foreign legal systems clashing with our freedoms." He believes the CRUSADE Act draws a clear line: anyone seeking entry as a religious worker must embrace the Constitution and reject any extremist Sharia law practices that have fueled persecution, violence, and the trampling of human rights.

This isn't Moore's first rodeo in the fight against Sharia law. He previously introduced the Defeat Sharia Law in America Act, aiming to clarify that discrimination using Sharia law violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
