"My roots run deep in Alabama… Katherine and I are raising our boys here — instilling in them our deep Christian faith and teaching them the fundamental morals that make this state so special, but today, Alabama’s conservative and cultural values are under attack from every direction," McCarron states. He cites the influence of figures like Charlie Kirk in his decision to enter the political arena.

The campaign highlights McCarron's continued involvement in the Alabama community. Besides his work as a college football analyst, he co-owns McCarron Real Estate with his wife, Katherine Webb McCarron. They live in Mobile with their three young sons.
