An Alabamian is working hard within the Trump administration, striving to "Make America Healthy Again." Admiral Brian Christine serves as the Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He's helping to shape the nation's public health priorities, with a focus on preventing chronic diseases and boosting overall health. Christine recently chatted with "Rightside Radio" hosts Allison Sinclair and Amie Beth Shaver, outlining his work alongside HHS Secretary RFK Jr. "My agenda is, of course, Secretary Kennedy's agenda and the President's agenda," Christine stated. He emphasized that he and Kennedy are dedicated to serving the President and the American people. He noted the importance of affordable healthcare and drugs, along with ensuring quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of location. According to Christine, a key difference between this administration and the previous one is the focus on science over partisan politics. "We absolutely are guided by science," he explained. "That's something that Secretary Kennedy has said again and again. We are guided by gold standard science, and we use that science to form policy...to do things that are going to make America healthier, healthier than she's ever been." Christine also shared his positive impressions of RFK Jr.'s leadership. "He's amazing...He's a very kind man," Christine said. "He's an incredibly thoughtful man...He's not afraid to admit mistakes...He's not afraid to stand for what he believes." He further described Kennedy as a kind, thoughtful, and humble leader.Making America Healthy Again: An Alabamian at the Helm
