Brian comes to us fresh off a decade as City Manager of Pell City. Imagine overseeing 230+ employees and a $40 million budget! He even steered them through $30 million in capital improvements without racking up long-term debt. Talk about impressive! “Brian’s experience and leadership are exactly what we need to strengthen our operations,†says Mayor Derzis. “He’s a problem-solver, growth manager, and gets results. He's a major piece of the puzzle to move Hoover forward!†Brian's got the credentials to back it up! He's rocking a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia College & State University.
