New Chief of Staff for Montgomery PD!

Montgomery just got a major upgrade! Chief Ettice Brickus is the new Chief of Staff for the Montgomery Police Department, bringing with her almost a quarter-century of law enforcement experience.

From Baltimore to Montgomery

Chief Brickus isn't just new to the role, she's new to the MPD! She joined earlier this month after a stellar career with the Baltimore Police Department, where she was last the Deputy Chief of the Neighborhood Patrol Division. Lucky for us, she's a Montgomery resident! She's now second-in-command to Police Chief Jim Graboys, tackling daily ops, policies, budgets, and strategy.

She's got a ton of degrees, from places like Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, and she's even working on her doctorate! Plus, she's got executive training from Cornell and the Senior Management Institute for Policing.
