Get ready, Northport! University Beach is bringing the big leagues, announcing that Marriott's Autograph Collection will be the brand behind its planned luxury hotel.

First Luxury Property in T-Town?

This isn't just any hotel; with 144 rooms and suites, it's aiming to be the first luxury property in the Tuscaloosa area! It's set to be the crown jewel of the 77-acre University Beach, packed with homes, shops, restaurants, fun venues, and even an interactive waterpark!

Who's Building This Dream?

Aimbridge Hospitality, a hotel management giant, will be running the show. And local heroes Harrison Construction of Northport will be building it! They're aiming to break ground in early 2026, with a grand opening in Fall 2027.

What to Expect Inside
