When she landed in Huntsville, that talent didn't disappear! She launched Leadership Strategies, Incorporated (later LSINC), helping companies tackle tech, markets, and strategy. But consulting wasn't the end game...
Building Dreams into Machines
"I wanted to not just analyze ideas, but bring them to life," Alicia says. That led to acquiring a product development firm, and LSINC blossomed into engineering services, manufacturing, and even their own line of specialty machines and direct-to-object printers!
LSINC is now a global leader in industrial machine design, serving industries from aerospace to consumer products. But for Alicia, the real success is the amazing team behind the machines. "I'm most proud of my people," she says, "taking engineers and growing them into a team that can bring a product from concept to global distribution...that's the real win."

"I wouldn't say I was fearless," she laughs, "But I've always believed that if an opportunity benefits your company and clients, you seize it, even if the payoff is years away."

LSINC itself contributed expertise and support. "We believe in giving back to children. ASCTE is something the whole state should be proud of."
